Charles Odii is the CEO/Director General of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN). An accomplished author and entrepreneurship expert, Charles graduated from Pan Atlantic University with a Master's in Media Communications and holds a Bachelor's in Management and Information Systems from Covenant University.

As DG of SMEDAN, he advocates for 40 million small businesses, focusing on rural industrialization, job creation, and poverty alleviation. Under his leadership, SMEDAN has created 15,000 jobs and facilitated over 8 billion Naira in SME funding. Charles is a member of several professional bodies and serves as a mentor and business coach, exemplifying the intersection of creativity and innovation in entrepreneurship.
